Perfect transaction. I was very happy to make this deal with Mel.  She asked questions to make sure the item would work for her, there was excellent communication with prompt responses and updates on her timing and in person, Mel was very nice and appreciative.

Mel was polite and kind, she was patient when my transport plans fell through and communicated clearly while also giving me time to find a solution, despite her advert being popular. The sofabed arrived and is in fantastic condition, as described. Frankly, she could have asked for more money and it would have still sold. This was my first experience on this app and she made it a great one. I can now have out of town guests, and they'll be glad to stay! Thanks again!
