I was so happy with how flexible they were with holding the item and coordinating the pickup time. They were very clear about when they could meet. They were very patient and accommodating with scheduling the pickup. I appreciated their clear communication throughout the process. 😊

They were flexible and accommodating with the porch pick-up and left the item as promised.
