they were very courteous, I had to postpone the buy for some time. though we never agreed to have the item held for me, by the time I was able to come get it, it qas still available. at that point we completed the deal as normal. in the transaction I handed over some extra dollars and cents and after them counting it they returned the extra, though admittedly was a tiny amount. still, I feel that shows some good character.
