Haji was very accommodating and understanding. I made a mistake and didn’t provide him with enough of my information for pick up the first time. He was patient and kind enough for me to go back and try pick up again. The second time was successful. I was new to Karrot, he was very kind in answering my questions about how Karrot worked and his experience with it. He helped get all the chairs into my small car.
