I actually was disappointed about timing. We set time day before, and noticed 20 minutes before on my way to confirm my arriving. When I arrived on time, I tried to contact through karrots text for 15 minutes and then ask my daughter to contact Mahek through Facebook, then Mahek called. I spent 35 minutes in total waiting for my purchase. I understood that it hard when you have a baby to manage time and lady was nice and apologized.

Mahek was super flexible, letting me try on the jacket and working around my schedule for pick-up.
