Ema

Ema was so clear about the item and the bulbs, and they were upfront about the price. I really appreciated their flexibility when I arrived a bit early.

She was super accommodating when I had to change our pickup twice. We finally met and the plant is lovely.

Ema was super easy to coordinate with, and the meetup time was set up very quickly.

It was nice that Ema was flexible and kept me updated with her estimated time of arrival.
