Neil was responsive, but did not keep our rearranged meeting at a public place. On arrival, he was not there. I connected with him and he asked me to meet him at an address, perhaps his home? However, the product, a Keurig coffee maker does not work. In the listing he indicated it was good, with no mention that it was not working.

Great price and item was in good condition.
