The location was abut confusing, but the communication overall was great

However friendly failed to tube proper instructions to get to there house of the drop off. Walked around the building twice looking for the place as there is a fence cut off right beside there place. I am also a person who uses a walker so it was the most inconvenience for me. I shouldn’t have to disclose my disability to get proper instructions to a complicated place.
