He was upfront about his availability and went out of his way to provide a video to show the item working, which was a great touch. He was also very flexible when coordinating the meetup, suggesting alternative locations and timings to make it easier for me. ✨

I was very impressed with Matt's willingness to go the extra mile, even checking to see if the item had a feature I was interested in. It made me feel like he was genuinely trying to help. He was also very flexible with meeting up and even offered a few options for where to meet. We each had some travel delays and the communication was great.
