The case if heavy duty but has many scuffs & scratches as seen in the pictures. All the games are in good condition and working. The '3DS XL' itself is in good condition and is perfectly working. Unfortunately there is a long scratch on face cover as seen in pic along with a few small scratches. It's nothing major just a shame for that one scratch. I had thought of purchasing a replacement cover. Everything else is fine with no breakages or chips anywhere. Both the screens are is excellent condition.
