Focal point fires excelsior convector fuel effect gas fire

it's actually new, just been sat in box in shed and has now little bit of rust on bottom but nothing major. also the decor bit has crack, doesn't affect anything when in use. all bits are included, also instructions. height 59.5, width 48, depth 27 cm. back height 54, width 38, depth 25 cm. collection or delivery
