these are genuine and although the styling bag and mat has received a burn mark the straighteners them selves are are in good condition and function flawlessly. the ring light does flash but I'm not sure why as the straighteners work fine. so maybe it's just a minor glitch. my wife tells me that this isn't a fault but a feature. no silly offers please
