Description DIPON Epoxy Plast 3D is a low-viscosity and highly transparent epoxy resin with an excellent UV resistance for a wide range of applications, such as highly transparent glass-like or coloured artistic and decorative applications. From the smallest embeddings and coasters to very large transparent greetings such as River Tables or large transparent greetings. EPOXYPLAST 3D distinguishes its excellent clarity, UV stability, excellent self-ventilation and easy handling. Directions for use: EPOXYPLAST 3D B50 DEEP POUR is precisely weighted in a clean container at a mixing ratio of 2:1. A scale and two mixing cups are required to allow for precise weighing and mixing. Please do not mix according to volume, as this can result in a faulty result. First mix the A and B component with max. 300 revolutions per minute for approx. 3 - 4 min. to The A+B mixture is then potted into a clean container and again three to four minutes. Mixed. Scrape parts of the resin from the edges of the old container and drip them into the new one. This process is important in order to obtain the most homogeneous mixture possible. Important note: A (resin) and B (hardener) containers will result in a non-occurring full curing and corresponding faulty result. If your resin (A-component) is milky, clumpy or firm this is a crystallisation. This process is caused by cold and is reversibly controlled by a water bath (50-70 °C). Store the resin closed at room temperature and avoid temperature falls, high humidity and direct sunlight for a longer period of time. Application advice: Always primer with EPOXYPLAST 3D B20, EPOXYPLAST 100 P or HoneyResin for porous or absorbent surfaces (e.g. concrete, wood).
