room to rent

Hello everyone , I am renting out my single bedroom . In there you have the basics of the following. A single bed , wardrobe , tv , kettle ,tea , coffee , Sugar , fridge , toothbrush , toothpaste, shavers , sanitary items , bathing items , towle , rug, laundry basket , iron , ironing bored. you will have free Rome of the kitchen living room and dining room and gardon . You are free to use the hot tub and bbq Breakfast is included like cereal, toast , crumpets , bisquests , sausage, eggs , bacon . snacks are provided such as chrips and fruit. Main dinners you need to do yourself . you will also be connected to our WiFi at no extra cost . It is £150 a week or £450 a month ( I do have a small staffy so if you don't like dogs this isn't the room for you. Dog is only allowed downstairs .) Bathroom is shared so all bathing items are to be kept in your room for sanitary purposes. I am in b18 . Feel free to message me if you are in need of a room. YOU MUST BE 18 PLUS . ID will be asked for and documented . Any theft will be reported to police ! any brocken items you will be paying to replace it. Safe and loving home for anyone who needs it . Payment will be on the day of arrival. all cleaning equipment mop , hoover and cleaning equipment is payed for . you are free to use washing powder if needed .
