Michael was great to communicate with from his first message contacting me up until we met up; on the day we met up he let me know he was having difficulties finding parking in the area of the meet up spot. He's polite and friendly and was apologetic about being a bit late with driving over town into the West End area but, it wasn't an issue for me.
