Alica was very friendly, quick to respond and offered to deliver it to me since we are only a block or 2 away. It was very helpful as a mom of a 4 month old who is breastfeeding. We had a quick chit chat and exchange was quick.

She kind also flexible when I needed to adjust the meeting location slightly. Everything was perfect!
