Em was incredibly flexible with pickup times, even when my plans kept changing due to my baby. They were really understanding!

I felt confident buying from Em because they were upfront about the condition of the items, confirming nothing was wrong with the motors and that the S1 was a new, opened box with all original pieces. They even reserved the items for me! 😊
