Kim was very flexible with arranging a meeting time and day, which I really appreciated. Since I often travel from downtown to Scarborough, I offered to deliver the humidifier to make things easier. There was a small delay as her granddaughter had her phone while I was waiting, but she kindly let me know afterward. She even gave me an extra $5 as a thoughtful gesture, which I truly appreciated.
