Crystal was really interested in the boots, which made the sale feel good. She was very thoughtful in her questions and seemed genuinely excited about the purchase. The whole exchange was easy, and I appreciated her promptness when she said she was on her way and arrived soon after. 🤝 even she give to me an extra money for the boots she loved and I'm glad she's happy!
