The seller was very friendly, polite, respectful, flexible, and responded quickly, which I really appreciated. However, I purchased what was advertised as 40 glasses for $20, but when I counted them at home, there were only 32 glasses. Unfortunately, 8 glasses were missing. I contacted the seller and politely requested a partial refund for the missing items, but I never received a response. While the communication before the sale was excellent, the lack of follow-up after the issue was disappointing. Overall, the transaction started well, but because the item did not match what was sold and my concern was ignored, I cannot give a higher rating.
