Tenn was super helpful and flexible, even arranging for me to pick up the item from their mailbox when they were heading out.

Thank Tenn was great in clarifying their availability for pickup right away. They were also clear about wanting to clear the item out soon, which I appreciated.

I appreciated that Tenn added a few extra dog treats and food to the bag, and they were so kind to let me know when the bag was ready. 🐶 all will be going to the Animal shelter, the dogs will be very happy for such a kind gesture!

Tenn was super accommodating with the location and time, considering I was running a bit late. The directions were clear and the communication was excellent.

I was especially touched when Tenn included an extra spray bottle—it really shows their thoughtfulness! 🤝
