Niyah was really responsive and available right when I was in the area, even checking for me if an item was still there. I appreciated her checking if there was anything else I was interested in.

I really appreciated their clear directions and willingness to wait when I had a bit of trouble locating the building.

They were clear about the location and met me even with the changes to our original plan.

I was so happy they were interested in the item I was giving away for free. They were very clear about wanting it and made sure to coordinate pickup.
