Was friendly & understanding to communicate with, and was accepting to meet me at my budget considering my challenging situation

They were very accommodating with rescheduling, which I really appreciated when I had to adjust my plans. They confirmed the final time and were ready when I arrived.

Tanveer was very patient and understanding when I made a wrong turn on the way to pick up the item. I really appreciated that!
