Al

I had told him and the add I had placed on Karrot it was the case only but Al came and picked it up and gave the $10

Communication not the best but eventually came.

I appreciated how the Al was so clear about their availability and when they could pick up the item, even when our schedules were tricky.

very polite!

they communicated well.

Al was really clear about their availability and when they could pick up the item, making coordination super easy.
