They were great at coordinating the meetup, being clear about meeting points and even providing helpful directions to their place when we adjusted the plan. James also let me know when they arrived early and was waiting patiently.

James was really flexible when I ran into traffic issues and was happy to adjust the meeting spot to Royal Oak Station, which made things much easier.
