I was so happy to hear back from Natasha so quickly about the item's availability!

I don’t know she was just so friendly and it made me feel nice also Even with some last-minute time changes from my end, Natasha was patient and made the pickup work.

I really appreciated their flexibility when I needed to change my pickup time last minute. They were easy to coordinate with and confirmed the new time.

I really appreciate what she is doing, I collect items to give to other's that are in need during a time like this where everything is going up in price . She has a great heart . keep up the good work 👏
