Claudia was super responsive and flexible with pickup times, even coordinating with my husband when I arrived. They sent over a picture of the item and even offered another item that might interest him.

Claudia was so excited to get the item and confirmed her interest multiple times. They were flexible with pickup times and communicated well when plans needed to change. I appreciated that they were upfront about their busy schedule with their kids and hospital visits. 😊 Claudia was really communicative about setting up a time to meet, even when things got complicated with their car. I felt like they were really trying to make the deal happen despite their circumstances.
