IB

IB went out of their way to deliver so that I did not need to arrange for a car.

They were incredibly flexible with pickup times, even with my unexpected car issues and hospital visit, which I'm so grateful for. ✨ I was so relieved that they confirmed the items were already inflated and ready to go as requested. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ilo updated me on her ETA which made pick up smooth!

They were really good about letting me know when the item was available again and were so clear about meeting up.

thanks for an easy transaction... meet up was a pleasure!!

More than a surprise, it was the good energy that she shares ✨ Thank you Ilona
