Ren was so helpful in answering all my questions about the formula, including the expiry date and confirming it was brand new. They were also flexible with the pickup time and let me know when they'd be home.

My schedule gets crazy sometimes which makes meetups a bit difficult. Luckily, Ren was there to make the whole process easy with quick responses and accommodation. We were able to meet 3 hours earlier because of this. Thank you so much👏
