Hewitt is a secret little gem of a human being, who if you're lucky to find, will enhance the joy of meeting someone new. She is interesting, kind and thoughtful. I was having trouble operating one of the items I purchased from her; she came over, gave me a tutorial and offered an immediate refund if we couldn't make it work.
