I had a really smooth experience coordinating with Byron for the Epiiphone guitar. He was punctual with the meetup location and timing, clear about the details and friendly. He pleasantly surprised me upon contacting him that the guitar came with a free hard case. His generosity didn't stop there when he also included a tuner, a capo, patch cords for an amplifier, finger and regular picks upon meeting! Very kind of him!!! Thank you Byron!
