Jacky was so flexible with the meetup time, offering a couple of options that worked for me. They confirmed the final meetup details clearly and were super communicative about being on time.

I appreciated Jacky's honesty about the missing charger and that they were willing to let me test the watch.

He offered other baby items for free since he and his wife no longer need them. He loaded them into my vehicle. Very kind and respectful. I thought Jacky was really accommodating, especially when we had to adjust our meeting time a couple of times.
