Lena was really flexible with the pickup time when I mentioned I might be a bit late. It was nice meeting them.

She came up to my house to delivered it, and wait for me to come back from my vacations.

I was very glad to get my large pillow today from Lena. She was willing to go out of her way to make our meetup easily accessible at a TTC bus stop. I told her I was unable to walk 6 minutes from the bus stop. So she made everything simple today. She was there in less than a minute after I arrived. She also gave me a bonus of an extra large bag I can use again for later. Hope I can do future business with Lena.
