I found Sharun to be really accommodating, especially when coordinating the pickup and navigating the building. They were patient and kept me updated on their location.

Sharun was super clear about the pickup location and buzzer code, and they were patient waiting for me to arrive. I appreciated them giving me the specific details for getting to their floor. 👍
