Shruti was so incredibly kind and patient. She communicated excellently and answered all questions we had. She also made sure the pick up went smoothly! Shruti helped bring down the couch all the way to the ground floor and outside with us as well. We appreciated her help very much!

I appreciated how clear Shruti was about the pickup details, like the address and how to collect the item. They made the whole process easy! 😊
