Lee came on time, and paid in full. Very much unlike experiences with previous "interested" potential buyers who made appountments and/or negotiated prices yet never showed, nor messaged to let me know they werent coming at all, let alone making they're scheduled appointments. I was very pleased with my interaction with Lee and would look forward to any possible transactions we may have in the future!!
