E D

E left the item on a bench for me to pick up and confirmed that everything functioned well before I arrived.

E provided clear information about the items included with the purchase.

ED showed great flexibility by adjusting the pickup time when a change in plans occurred. 📦 They provided clear directions for the meeting location and accommodated a schedule adjustment.

E D was very helpful, providing the detailed address and confirming the pickup window for me. They were also quick to answer my questions about using the item. I appreciated their clear instructions for payment as well.

He was very friendly even though I didn’t pay on time. I appreciated that E D was upfront about the 160GB being sold out and offered the 250GB as an alternative. (Sorry about the delayed payment)

Ed is a great communicator, made the whole arrangement easy. Embodies the best spirit of rhe karrot app. May others follow his example!
