Li

Li was great about arranging a time to view the item and was very flexible when I was running a bit late. she even help me load the items into the car.

Li was communicative and confirmed the pickup details, making it easy to arrange. I am happy with her cooperative and kind behaviour.

She was very understanding and I was so glad she wasflexible with the pickup time and kept me updated.

Clear, prompt communication. Great price for the top still in good shape!

They were great at communicating and kept checking in to make sure we could still arrange a time that worked for both of us.

I appreciated how quickly they confirmed pick-up timing and were very clear about their boyfriend heading over.
