She was very sweet and helpful, showed me exactly how to use this product and even had good some advice.

the merchant was pretty good it's just I had to come and walk all over there but that was just for me at least I had some exercise but not easy to navigate inside that apartment building however though everything went nicely and she was good on giving me the how to use the chair how to use the lumber support I'm very helpful when it comes to other things when I asked her questions so for the chairs good I haven't had any issues as long as the height adjuster is good I should be okay and comfortable finally I got a good chair so I don't want to worry about my back other than that I'm glad that I have this chair it looks like a Star wars chair because the arms lift upwards as was the amazing feature I liked about the chair and many things yet to come. 👍😁😊
