Jiawen was super friendly and helpful to get me started with my new plant!! Jiawen wrote a handwritten note for care instructions and even gave me cuttings from another plant as a freebie🥹, it was a very pleasant pickup🫶🏼

Jiawen is honestly one of the kindest people I’ve met on here 🥹🤍 she’s so thoughtful and generous and even gave extra treats knowing what my cat likes, which I really appreciated. We also had such a nice conversation, it didn’t feel like just a quick pickup at all. She’s truly so genuine and I’m really glad we met. I’d definitely recommend connecting with her 🤍 THANK YOUU JIAWENNN ~ you made mine and Luna’s day 🥰😺🫶🏼

I had such a wonderful experience with Jiawen, she was incredibly communicative and flexible with pickup times, even when I was late. She even gave me a free treat for the dog, which was a really thoughtful gesture. 🥹
