Jen was great at coordinating and confirming the pickup details, letting me know their travel plans and arrival time.

Jen was really flexible and understanding when our original plan to pick up on Sunday evening didn't work out. They were happy to switch to coming over that same night instead, which made coordinating the meetup much smoother for me. It was great that Jen was communicative about their travel time from Scarborough and when they needed to find an ATM for cash. Their updates helped ensure the pickup went off without a hitch. 📦
