When I asked Toni if they were close to a subway to meet me and deliver this $5 item they offered to give it to me for free and have it shipped! Toni was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond throughout the whole process of getting the item shipped to me. I really appreciated them making multiple trips to the post office to figure out the details and keeping me updated every step of the way. THANK YOU SO MUCH! LOVE IT!
