We are selling because our hot tub no longer works and the concrete has heaved so need to have it gone. This is an amazing opportunity to purchase one of these gazebos at such a low price. It just needs a little love! Someone who can take the time to re-stain and complete a couple repairs will end up with a gorgeous wood hot tub enclosure. Anyone shopping for these knows how pricey they are. Metal roof is in perfect condition, but the skylight has been chipped up around the edges (see photos). Surrounding sliding windows on all 4 sides all in great condition. One bottom wood rail along the front is cracked and would need repair or replacing (see photo). The exterior needs to be re-stained on 3 exposed sides, inside and one exterior side still has perfect, dark brown stain finish. You must disassemble for transport. No delivery.
