1993 Jayco Eagle Series 10 Popup Tent Trailer

This is a fixer upper. Requires 2” Ball for towing. I bought it May of 2022, have used it 4 times, on the third time some things broke. Stored in Port Elgin Ontario. The back (drivers side if in towing) support pulley snapped and does not work, I used I support Jack in the photo to hold up that side of the roof. When the roof broke I was inside the trailer holding to roof up while someone else was putting the support in and my knee when through the top of the storage where the sink used to be so there is damage there. The canvas holder around the door needs replacing, there is nothing wrong with the canvas.
