2 Basement Rooms for Rent

Read everything before replying or calling. Two furnished rooms in our basement for rent. Were looking for 3 people to share both rooms. One has a window and the other one doesn’t. Located near Orton Park Rd and Ellesmere: minutes away from UTSC, centennial college, schools, STC mall, banks and everything you’ll need. Rent price will be all inclusive of basic utilities (wifi, water, etc.) Shared Access and free use of the kitchen, bathroom, living room, storage room, and there is a separate entrance. Laundry is free but the laundry room will only be open one day a week. No parking on house property, but can use all day free street parking right outside.
