(other than bedding, food and beverages, includes everything cooking, games, propane, day and nighttime game, extra repair, sprays and hardware, as well as electric pressure washer, with outdoor comfort, including carpet, chairs, table, and on awning. propane fire pit ( gas included) outside attachable stove does come with the vehicle, aswell as working fridge and heat inside that is easy to use propane fuelled. ( tank Included). Great for family and social settings. My daughter's had great memories in this. It's just time for someone else to create new ones, as they are older and we are upgrading.
