XL Planter Pot with Fan Palm Tree

Huge, heavy ceramic planter pot (medium moss green, 21" high, 22" across, 19" inside top) with a large fan palm tree. The palm is over 4' from the floor, or 28" from soil to top. Both go together for $50. Please note: there is a hairline crack in the pot, so it needs a saucer underneath if kept indoors as it seeps a tiny bit of water. I keep it outside all summer, so it's not an issue. Very, very heavy. Free parking at the door of my condo at Adelaide & John with no steps involved.
