Well maintained and comfy 3 - seater sofa cum bed. It's a nice blue color sofa with wide arm rest and a soft to touch fabric. The sofa has no visible stains and the seat foam was only recently replaced with a new foam. We are a smoke free and pet free home. The sofa can be converted into a pull out bed within a minute. The mattress can easily sleep 2 kids, or might fit 2 adults (not a lot of space to toss and turn). Sofa dimensions are 36" width ×85" length ×32" height and the pull out bed mattress dimensions 51" × 66". The mattress is on the thinner side (as it has to be folded within the sofa) so we use 2 yoga mats under the mattress to make it comfier.
