The top part with a latch serves as a filing cabinet with two compartments and locks with a key. It also has six identical drawers underneath the drawers are in great condition physically inside. There is a little surface rust bit of surface rust but overall in great shape. All 6 drawers slight normally and easy. On wheels but they can be taken off.
