This is a trick or Treat Studios Ultimate Chucky doll. It has a striped shirt and blue corduroy overalls with printed toys. The doll comes with red shoes and white laces. This doll was displayed in a glass display case. The plastic box head rest is missing. The dolls back head cover magnet has been replaced with super strong magnet to keep it from coming off.
